Can I request to be hosted by our brethren in North Carolina?

Yes, but there’s no guarantee so please send email to cfcncevent@gmail.com and reference your unique order id in the registration email you received and indicate the number of people who needs hosting.

When is the deadline to register?

Early bird deadline with payment of $150.00 should be completed on or before August 31, 2024.

Last day of regular registration with payment of $175 must be completed by September 23, 2024.

Is venue parking free?

Yes, the venue provides complimentary parking.

How many meals are included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes (3) meals, lunch, dinner and breakfast.

What is included in the Conference registration fee?

Conference registration fee includes 1 or 2 nights of accommodation, 3 meals, conference kit and t-shirt.

Is the Eastern Men’s Conference open to all CFC adult male only?

It is open to adult men, members of Servants of the Lord (SOLD) and Singles for Christ (SFC), CFC husbands, non-CFC, family and friends.

Will there be transportation from the airport to the venue?

We encourage our brothers to arrange your own transportation from and to the airport.  We may be able to accommodate scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs depending on the demand / flight times.  To request for pick-up and drop-off, send your itinerary by September 15 and we will try to arrange your transportation.  Contact bro. What time should I be in the venue?

On October 5 (Saturday), the registration table will open at 7:30AM. Rosary will start at 8AM. On Sunday, rosary will start at 7:30 am.
