Almighty Father, we praise and glorify you for your wondrous works. We are grateful for the 43 years of Couples For Christ and its mission in building the church of the home and the church of the poor.

This year, you call us to be a servant and light to the nations (Isaiah 49:6). As we prepare for this conference, we hope to follow the example of Christ who “emptied himself, taking the form of a servant…to do things without grumbling or questioning that we may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish, that we may shine as lights in the world.” (Philippians 2:7,14-15)

Come Holy Spirit and pour out your fire to all the service team and participants of the CFC Eastern and Central Men's Conference this October. May all who attend experience Your Holy presence through the celebration of the Eucharist, the preaching of the Word in the sessions, and mighty deeds. We pray for a fresh outpouring of your Spirit so that our hearts will burn with passion for evangelization, bringing the Gospel throughout the world.

We ask this, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and with the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe, patron of the Americas. Amen
